Self employed rent help

Hi all,

I'll be going self employed in the salon I work in soon and I'm having a meeting with the owner soon to discuss rent etc.

I just want to know what all you self employed stylists pay (not figures obviously), do you pay

•rent for a chair and then a percentage on top for products

•rent that includes the chair and products

•rent for your chair and products and then a percentage on top of what you earn ?

Any advice would be great. Thanks x
