Hey Geeks,

I know this may sound silly but I wanted to know what you guys do to keep your knowledge up to date or in your head. In regards to what we learn at college.

Some treatments that I don't do frequently especially electrical ones I sometimes forget what to say for aftercare or what products to recommend. I also feel like all my anatomy knowledge has completely slipped from my mind. I can only remember the layers of the skin, some bones and muscles and that's about it.
