Assistant went wrong with lash lift-help please

Hi guys

So I was off for two weeks and my assistant took a job for lash lift . She did this around 4 weeks ago and lady sent me message that this is how they are since day one.
I have never had this problem where I have done hundreds of lifts so I am really confused what went wrong with her . She used a medium shield . Thanks xx
