No help from rep, who do I contact?

Been texting and calling my Matrix rep for WEEKS now. Feeling frustrated as I cant return my order with no response. Im no longer in salon but have had a letter to say my payment is a month overdue?

Can anyone help me out as to who im best to contact? If i have to oay the order thats fine, but i need a response from my rep to do that! [emoji19]
