Hair extension matching up help ?

I have a client who has bleach blonde highlights and wants to to a shade 20 on the girlis colour ring which isn't the same colour.
shall I colour her hair to match ? Will be a light blonde possibly ULN? Matrix.
Any advice is appreciated.
