I love them but they still have a sheen to them. They are not super dry matte top coats. And I'm on the quest to figure out if anyone knows how to get them to look as dry as these? I was curious if it was just matte acrylic but was skeptical due to acrylic is porous and using a file drill or buffer would leave some stretch marks. Anyone have any ideas thanks in...
