Hot stone massage

Hi

I really need some help with the Hot stone massage routine. How long it should normally take etc..

I did my training a while ago with the beauty academy however I have been unable to practice this treatment and now have forgotten the routine.. please HELP as its really stressing me out!!!!!!!

I have looked at some videos on youtube but not really helping.
