Makeup class for beginners?

Hi im really interested in getting into makeup such as contour, smokey eye, learning about foundation n techniques etc etc! Im not sure where i need to start, im based in the midlands area!
Does anyone know a good place to go for one to ones, not too pricey but close by, thankyou [emoji4]
