I just wanted to see what your thoughts are on paying your staff.
I ve recently employed a beauty therapist, she is very good and i really needed her so i offered her 8.50 and after introductory period 9.00ph. I also have someone on 9.50ph - more advanced treatments etc
I currently pay 8.50 to my receptionist.
In the past i never discussed wages with any of them, i mean the other staff member's.
I now realised how important it is to have the right people in both job!
