Colour help-Nordic blondes

Hi geeks

I have a client who has come back from her home in Russia and had her hair done whilst away....

She wants it like this

But she ended up with this

I was thinking of going through with bleach slices with 10vol, and dialight 913 with 6 vol. I was also thinking of using a toner like 901 dialight or even po1 luo colour.

Do you think this would be the right thing to...
