Do any of you give your staff Christmas bonuses? Does anyone receive them and if so what's customary?
I'm taking my staff out for dinner and drinks at a rather nice place, only 3 of us and will probably cost me close to £150. But not sure if anything else is expected of me- I seem to think that a bonus of some sort needs to be given. I'm only 6 months old now and still subsidising rent, although able to pay staff if that's important.
