Grey hair/ home colour

Hello. I have a client who likes to change her hair but in between home colours it then comes to me "when she's been paid" ie when she's messed it up to much to fix herself.
Little bit of history - base 5, went for full head hi lights of blonde for years, went dark July - pre pigged and have been putting a 5br matrix on since (brown/red) has been box colouring since Xmas - flat looking around 4n/4.0
