Yesterday I found a big lump inside my dogs mouth that had just came out of no where. We took him to the vets and they thought he had a foreign object in it and that's why it had swelled. When they done the X-ray they saw the cancer. The left lower side of his jaw is black and rotting. I'm in shock as he had been absolutely fine and showing no signs of anything. We've been told he will need surgery but if it has spread they can't do anything for him. We haven't even had him for 2 years! I'm...
