Help guys - I had some bad hair that I returned to my supplier, the supplier inspected and then said
" your client has burnt the hair, however as you are a good client and have never complained before, I will send you 50g free of charge, please do not take this as a weakness because I am not weak but just this once I will send you some hair"
This was on a Monday, I received the hair on a Tuesday - THEN on the Wednesday a second client sent me a text to also complain about the same blonde...
