Colour correction this afternoon

Hi there I've never posted before so I'm sorry if I do this wrong... I went on holiday for 3 weeks in June and my good friend and client decided to do her own roots with a box dye which suprisingly didn't look too bad so she said she was happy to do her own roots from now on as it's cheaper (allthough I give her a big discount!)
Anyway I got a message yesterday morning with a photo attached of her poor hair with black ends and orange roots and of course she wants me to fix it !!!
