My mum had her acrylics taken off about a year ago.
Her nails have never been the strongest however after having her acrylics taken off they were worse than ever (she had them in filled and removed using a drill for many years before I knew of the damage they do!)
She decided to try bio sculpture as an alternative however this didn't seem to help and it would lift from her nails.
