Does anyone have a cancelation policy in place?
Last summer I put in place a one strike rule that you have one chance then have to pay 50% of what your booked in for in you cancels within 24 hour don't show or are more than 10 minuets late. This has worked until today when a client has turned very funny with me and been quite nasty.
Does anyone else have a policy ?
