Anyway I am a beauty therapist and I am mobile so its hard for me to be able to control my environment and theres always lots to carry! Its really taking a toll on my back I have a client tonight for a massage and honestly just the thought makes me want to cry! So my question is how do you deal with this? And have you noticed you suffer from any aches or pains?
