Hair extensions removed and natural hair has disappeared

Hi can anyone shed some light on my situation please.

I have had tape extensions in for 4/5 weeks. They have been removed and my natural hair has disappeared. its 5cm shoters and very thin. the extensionist thinks its all broke off.I think she accidentally cut it off whilst using a blending tool to blend in the extensions. Im actually devastated.
