Hey guys....done much needed advice would be greatly appreciated....I have just signed a lease on a unit on a main road but inside a kind of arcade with s shared entrance. My problem is there were two units to let , and one has just been let to what the agent told me would be a hair salon. I have just found out today though that it is going to be a another beauty like mine. The only difference is that although a small unit I will be offering IPL laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation too...
