Nano rings or tape extensions?

Hello everyone, nice to meet you all
A question for all the hair extension techs, I have shoulder length, bleached fine hair.
I was looking to have extensions fitted to my hair but after reading and looking around I am unsure about which method would suit my hair best?
I am adamant that I do not want the method to damage to my natural hair, I have seen clients in with matting, breakage from extensions.
